The aviation industry in America has begun to experience an extreme shortage of pilots with no clear solution in the foreseeable future. Because of the quality of character, commitment, and work ethic commonly found within our U.S. military ranks, commercial aviation companies have often favored recruiting former or soon-to-separate military members.
